I have Used services at ATI in the past for lower back pain, and this time, for a pelvic and arm injury. I am a VA patient who was referred through community care to go to the facilities near my home at ATI. I have never been disappointed. The staff there is attentive, caring, and professional. In the case of my lower back pain from the past, it has not occurred, and I am currently continuing my physical therapy for the arm and pelvic injuries.

Chase was my physical therapist, and he was great! He always made my sessions fun and engaging but still pushed me to become better. The staff is very fun and friendly and I would recommend anyone here. They really take the time to get to know you and it makes the experience great.

I have had PT at other places in the past but ATI is head and shoulders above all. I have felt respected and appreciated and my therapist (shout out to Casey) is super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I feel like I have learned more in just 4 sessions than I did in 4 months at other places. The room is bright and cheerful and the therapists work together well. I'll probably be finishing my therapy in the next month but I feel like I'll need to drop in just to say hi. Yes, you should go here.

Just excellent. The staff were most helpful, cheerful and helpful. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED with the staff, all of whom have advanced degrees in the physical therapy fields.

ATI Physical Therapy helped me regain strength in my right knee after a work-related injury, and I’m so grateful for their support. From day one, Kay, Chase, Noah, Cole, Ashley, Demetrius, and Justin were kind, professional, and truly dedicated to my recovery. PT isn’t always fun, but they made it feel worth it — even the tough exercises. I felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Even though there are several ATI locations, I’m so glad I chose this one. The staff made all the difference!

I had an incredible experience with physical therapy here. From day one, I was met with professionalism, empathy, and open-minded support. I came in feeling unsure and nervous, but Noah and Nika helped me rebuild confidence in my body and showed me how to move safely without making things worse. Their positive energy truly made each session the highlight of my week. They cheered me on through every step of progress, and their encouragement made a huge difference in my recovery. It’s bittersweet to have “graduated” because it felt like saying goodbye to friends. I’d recommend this team to anyone and everyone. My daughter has physical therapy at the west side location. Noah is fantastic and has already really helped her. I would strongly recommend the west side location, they’re friendly and knowledgeable!!!

After a failed knee replacement and subsequent three knee surgeries over the past two years, the staff at the West and South clinics in Bloomington and the Martinsville clinic have been a key piece of my recovery process after every surgery. They have been unwavering in their level of care. The staff not only cares about your health, they also care about you as a person. They take the time to get to know you, and build a trusting relationship between patient and therapist. You can’t go wrong with Justin and his awesome staff of clinicians. Very blessed to have them on this journey with me!

I had an excellent experience with my physical therapist Noah and Nika . They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really understand my injury and goals. Every session felt purposeful, and the exercises were clearly explained so I knew exactly what I was working on and why. I
